📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.,Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.,Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations.,Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure project success.,Participate in site inspections and quality control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning for construction projects.,Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.,Strong understanding of construction processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
