🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing systems engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience with SAP and Oracle Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
