As an Automotive Technician / Workshop Supervisor at StaffKing Pte Ltd, you will work closely with a team of experienced technicians to provide comprehensive automotive services. You will diagnose and repair a variety of light vehicles and motorcycles, using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair light vehicles and motorcycles using advanced diagnostic tools such as OBD-II scanners and specialized software.
• Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of automotive technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on vehicles, including oil changes, brake inspections, and battery replacements.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement workshop procedures and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct quality control checks on completed repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including inventory and customer service logs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician or workshop supervisor in a similar role.
• Certification as an Automotive Technician or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing light vehicles and motorcycles.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools and software, such as OBD-II scanners and specialized repair software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
