As an HRBP Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end talent management, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement. You'll leverage your Mandarin fluency to manage international employees and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. With a competitive salary ranging from Rp 25,000,000 to Rp 40,000,000 per month, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities

- Manage international employees using Mandarin fluency
- Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws
- Lead HR projects and initiatives
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner or senior HR role
- Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
