📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for the hauling batubara operation.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety best practices and emergency response procedures.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and trends.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of HSE considerations into all aspects of the operation.
• Utilize SAP and MS Office to manage HSE data, track performance, and generate reports.
• Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective gear are properly maintained and available for use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the mining or heavy industry sector.
• Certification in OHSAS 18001 or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and develop effective safety plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using SAP and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive heavy vehicles.
