📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end export-import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor and optimize our logistics network to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export-import transactions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of export-import operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new export-import processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with the sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export-import coordination or a related role.
• Proficient in using export-import management software such as SAP, TradeWise, and Sea-Intel.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel internationally as needed.
