📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Manage inventory levels using systems like SAP or similar ERP software.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse safety and compliance with industry regulations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve logistics processes and efficiency.
- Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and logistics metrics.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
- Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse operations and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination.
- Proven experience with inventory management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP software.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with transportation and logistics software such as JDA, Manhattan Associates, or similar.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
