📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage lease agreements, including signing, renewals, and terminations
• Maintain and update lease records using specialized lease management software
• Ensure compliance with local and national leasing regulations
• Track lease renewals and provide timely notifications to tenants
• Coordinate with property managers and tenants to resolve lease-related issues
• Prepare and distribute lease-related reports and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and property managers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lease administration or a related role
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with specialized lease management software is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
