📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in preparing patients for endoscopy procedures, including pre-procedure assessments and equipment setup.
- Monitor patients during endoscopy procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Provide post-procedure care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with patient recovery.
- Collaborate with endoscopists, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth and efficient procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized operating room.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Endoscopy Nurse or similar role.
- Certification as an Endoscopy Nurse from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in using endoscopy equipment and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with patient care protocols and emergency procedures.
