📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and goals.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to inform decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training theories and methodologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
