📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, consistency, and correctness,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials,Assist in the creation of marketing materials and other promotional content,Work with the quality assurance team to identify and document product issues,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Experience with markdown or other lightweight markup languages is a plus
