📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to sales team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Report to management on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales supervision or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales management software and tools.,Familiarity with sales processes and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
