📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and well-organized restaurant.,Lead and mentor the restaurant staff, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow professionally.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring the restaurant operates within its financial constraints.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with inventory management and financial management software.,Experience in marketing and customer relationship management.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
