📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, both internally and externally.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Make hiring recommendations based on objective criteria and organizational needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, recruitment partners, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, technologies, and methodologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
