📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide comprehensive financial advice and solutions to clients, focusing on insurance and investment products.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.,Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to recommend the best products and services to clients.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.,Provide training and support to junior advisors to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the achievement of sales and service targets.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of financial services to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with a strong track record of sales and client relationship management.,Proven experience in bancassurance, with a deep understanding of insurance and investment products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs and concerns.,Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the insurance and financial services sector.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
