In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by managing staff performance and resolving customer complaints.,Drive sales growth by implementing marketing strategies, promoting special menu items, and managing promotions.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations and conducting regular inspections.,Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to ensure a skilled and motivated team.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the restaurant's overall performance and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
