📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate performance.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
