In this role, you will collaborate with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to implement programs that enhance the quality of life for transmigrants. Leveraging your expertise in community development, you will create and deliver training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs tailored to the unique needs of each family.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement community development programs to support transmigrants in new settlements.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on various topics, including agriculture, small business management, and health and wellness.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship to transmigrants, addressing their specific challenges and needs.
• Collaborate with local government agencies and non-profit organizations to ensure the successful integration of transmigrants.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a sense of community and belonging among transmigrants through social events and activities.
• Stay updated on best practices in transmigration and community development through continuous learning and professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the sustainability of community development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, social work, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of transmigration policies and programs in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for data management and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Valid certification in Community Development or a related field is a plus.
