📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business processes.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain and update operational manuals and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.,Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other operational software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
