📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Manage a team of shop assistants, providing training and support.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle inventory management and stock control.,Assist in merchandising and display activities to attract customers.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.,Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Proven ability to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
