📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term business partnerships.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop new sales staff to ensure they meet company standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
