Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to ensure they are performing at their best.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives.,Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.,Create and maintain data models and dashboards to support decision-making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.,Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques.,Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on leading teams.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau.,Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.,Professional certification in data analysis (e.g., CDA, CDE) is a plus.
