📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations and ensuring smooth daily activities.,Oversee inventory management, including stock-taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.
