📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Preparing and presenting audit reports to management.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control matters.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal control frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and audit software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
  • Ability to travel if required.
