📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
