📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate records of all import/export documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of cargo.
• Prepare and submit customs clearance documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are on schedule and within budget.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping quotes and contracts for clients.
• Maintain and update the company's logistics database using SAP or similar software.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
