In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, meeting established deadlines and quality standards.,Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that distribution plans align with sales targets and customer demands.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to distribution and logistics.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on distribution performance and any issues encountered.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics-related role, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP or logistics management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
