📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and developing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in training and mentoring new sales staff.,Participate in trade shows and other promotional events to showcase our products.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales management software is a plus.
