📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitoring and ensuring the quality and safety of food products.
  • Conducting regular quality checks and inspections.
  • Implementing and enforcing quality control procedures.
  • Training and supervising kitchen staff on quality control practices.
  • Documenting and reporting quality control results.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance food quality.
  • Collaborating with other departments to maintain high standards of food quality.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control in the food industry.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and standards.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Familiarity with food processing equipment and techniques.
