📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on branch financial performance, ensuring profitability and compliance with financial regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Represent the company at meetings, events, and other professional engagements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of financial management and reporting.,Understanding of customer service and relationship management.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
