🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
• Strong creative vision and the ability to develop innovative campaign concepts.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Certification in Google Analytics or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
