📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage all aspects of the sea cucumber aquaculture projects, ensuring they align with our sustainability and conservation goals.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the construction and maintenance of aquaculture facilities, ensuring they meet high environmental and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
• Facilitate collaboration with local communities, government agencies, and international partners to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project performance and address any issues.
• Represent YAYASAN BLUE ALLIANCE INDONESIA at industry events and conferences to promote our projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Marine Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the aquaculture or marine conservation sector.
• Strong understanding of sustainable aquaculture practices and marine conservation principles.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and environmental standards relevant to marine aquaculture.
• Willingness to work in remote and challenging environments, including the Banggai region.
