Hotel Dewi Restaurant is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality of service and food. You will work closely with our team to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that all food and beverage products are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the required standards of service and food preparation.,Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to increase profitability.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as local and national food safety laws.,Work closely with the hotel's management team to ensure that the restaurant's operations align with the hotel's overall goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.,Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
