📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with management to address HR needs and strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Valid HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
