📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement social rehabilitation programs aligned with provincial and national policies.
• Oversee the coordination and management of rehabilitation activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular evaluations of program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with local government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders to expand the reach and impact of rehabilitation initiatives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of social workers and rehabilitation specialists.
• Represent the agency at national and international conferences and workshops to advocate for effective social rehabilitation practices.
• Ensure the availability and accessibility of rehabilitation services for all eligible individuals in the province.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program activities, participants, and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social rehabilitation, preferably in a government or non-profit setting.
• Strong understanding of national and provincial social policies and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using social work software and data analysis tools such as SPSS or similar.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
• Knowledge of local community dynamics and cultural contexts in Bangka Belitung is a plus.
