📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards,Schedule and assign drivers to vehicles based on company needs,Monitor vehicle maintenance and repair schedules,Track and report on vehicle usage and fuel consumption,Handle vehicle documentation and insurance,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs,Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Experience with budgeting and financial management for fleet operations
